Q: Are meals included in the room tariff?

Yes. The tariff for the cottages, safari tents and deluxe rooms includes breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner. Guests also get 24-hour room service from the menu.

Q: Are the cottages, tents and rooms air-conditioned?

Yes. Every cottage, safari tent and deluxe room is air-conditioned and comes with a coffee maker and a mini fridge.

Q: Which amenities are available?

Guests get premium beds, spa-like bathrooms, a dining facility, high-speed Wi-Fi and 24/7 room service. A smart TV, plunge pool, romantic decoration, floating breakfast and themed dining are available subject to availability, so please confirm with us before you arrive.

Q: Can I get extra mattresses in a tent?

Yes. Extra mattresses can be provided in the safari tents on request, at an additional price.

Q: Is there a restaurant, and do I need to reserve a table?

The restaurant is open from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Because of high demand, visitors are asked to reserve a table in advance by WhatsApp or phone on +91 77699 99887.

Q: Where is Palash and how do I get there?

Palash is on Dandegaon–Junewani Road near Sangrampur Lake, Dandegaon, Tal. & Dist. Gondia, Maharashtra 441614, between the Nagzira and Pench tiger reserves. From Nagpur or Tirora turn right at Dandegaon; from Gondia turn left, then follow the resort’s flags and signs.
